Rental Policies
Self-drive: Yes, the Tyota Mini Van is available for self-drive rental. You must have a valid driving license (international or home country) and be at least 21 years old.
With driver: Professional, English and French speaking drivers are available for an additional fee. Your driver acts as a local guide and handles all navigation. Driver fee covers the driver only — meals and accommodation on multi-day trips are the renter's responsibility.
All vehicles include comprehensive insurance covering third-party liability and basic vehicle damage. A collision damage waiver (CDW) is included.
Optional premium coverage is available to reduce your excess to zero. Ask about our premium package when booking.
A refundable security deposit may be required at pickup. The amount depends on the vehicle and rental duration.
We accept cash (USD, EUR, RWF), mobile money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money), and bank transfer. Credit card payments available on request.
